2. Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates are provided based on the information you share.
• Final costs may vary depending on the actual volume, weight, or condition of items and surfaces.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide safe and easy access to the property.
• Hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, fuel, medical waste, etc.) are not accepted.
• For pressure washing, please ensure water access is available on-site.

4. Liability

• Cleanup King LLC takes care in performing services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, hidden issues, or wear and tear revealed after cleaning.
• Customers release Cleanup King LLC from liability for incidental damages unless caused by negligence.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.

6. Online Booking

• Online bookings are subject to confirmation.
• Cleanup King LLC reserves the right to decline or reschedule services based on availability.

7. Use of Media

• By using our services, you agree that before-and-after photos/videos of your property may be taken for quality assurance and promotional purposes. Personal information will never be shared.
